Nine years inside auction software.
AuraLith Labs is Audriana Bennett’s auction and resale technology practice, run from Florida and serving businesses across the United States. Nine years in auction software: Auction Flex, HiBid, Auction Tech, and the CRMs around them (Salesforce, HubSpot, and private-label systems). We built Kiln, our own auction and resale operations platform: copyrighted, ours, and live with real customers.
The work runs in two lanes. Platform vendors bring us their leads, and we demo, close, and build out each client under their brand, licensing Kiln for private-label deals. Auction houses and resellers come to us directly for platform migrations, CRM implementation, and ops support on retainer.
Reliability comes first. Every request gets a reply within one business day, no exceptions: no ticket system, no account manager, no runaround.
