How does pricing work?

One plan, the Auction House Web Assistant, at $100 a month or $1,200 paid annually (two months free). It covers your website, the Buy It Now storefront, unlimited changes whenever you need them, and Auction Flex and HiBid guidance. Add per-sale services like remote clerking or bidder verification only when you need them. Full management is quoted on your call.

How fast do you respond?

Send any request by message and it is handled within one business day. No phone trees, no ticket queues, no account managers. One person who knows your business gets back to you.

What's the Buy It Now storefront?

A built-in section of your site where you sell fixed-price items year-round, separate from your live auctions. Send me the list and prices and I keep it updated. If you'd rather run it yourself, I'll teach you how to manage it.

What auction software do you work with?

My specialty is Auction Flex, Auction Flex Cloud, Auction Flex 360, and HiBid. I can learn just about any platform and help with almost anything. If it runs your sales, I can help you run it better.

Do I have to switch software to work with you?

No. We work with whatever you already use. The goal is to make your current setup run smoothly, not to talk you into something new.

Who can get Full Auction Management?

Clients on Auction Flex 360 or Auction Flex Cloud. Because those are web-based, we can log in and run your sale remotely, start to finish. If you are on desktop Auction Flex, we can still help with clerking, support, and everything else.

Do you build the website, or just host it?

Both. Built and hosted, folded into your monthly plan. There is no big upfront build fee. Need a change later? Just send it over and we make it.

I don't even know where my website is hosted. Can you still help?

That is most of the auctioneers we work with. We'll track down your domain and hosting, or set you up fresh, rebuild the site, and manage all of it from there. You won't have to find a password or touch a setting.

What if I never plan to update my site?

Even better. Most clients get a clean site and never think about it again. Your plan keeps it hosted, secure, and online so it just works. Nothing for you to maintain.
