Why partner with us.
One team. Review, build, run.
Review. We go through your product the way your clients will, tell you where it breaks down for them, and prototype the fixes so your developers have something real to build from rather than a complaint. The same pass works on the operation itself: how the work actually runs today, which tools are earning their keep, and where the week disappears. When you’re weighing a switch, say Google Workspace to Outlook, and nobody has time to work out what it involves, we do the discovery and give you the findings straight.
Build. Whatever the review says you need, built. AI agents taking the repetitive operational work off your team and your clients’, rebuilt workflows, custom software, and the SOPs nobody has written down. When a client signs, we take them out under your brand: discovery, data migration, configuration, staff training, and go-live support. We write software ourselves, so your engineers and your clients’ operators get the same plan in their own vocabulary with no translator in between.
Step 1 of 5: Discovery
Mapping the client's current system, data and day-to-day workflows.
Step 2 of 5: Data migration
Records extracted, cleaned, deduplicated and checked against the source.
Step 3 of 5: Configuration
Your product set up around the client's operation, not handed over as a blank tenant.
Step 4 of 5: Staff training
The client's people using it, in their vocabulary rather than yours.
Step 5 of 5: Go-live support
Through stabilisation, then handback with documentation their team can maintain.
Run. We host it, manage it, and support it through stabilization. Or we train your staff until the knowledge lives with your team, then hand it back documented. Your call which, and you can change your mind later.
One team that can find the problem, fix the product, and deliver the client, instead of hiring for each. Most partners start with one stage and end up using all three. Auctions and resale at the core, with operating history across seven other industries.
Partners buy the rest of what we do too. Websites and redesigns, hosting and domain management, and custom software are the same team and the same standard: see the full list.
AI-driven, human-led. We use AI aggressively; it’s a big part of why a small team can do this much. But you’ll always be working with a person: on your calls, in your Slack, inside your team, and a person reviews everything before it ships.
What you get that a hire can’t give you.
We have run this before. Nine years inside auction and resale software, including platform moves on Auction Flex and HiBid. We know what a switch actually costs a business, because we have been the ones doing it.
We build the product side too. We write software ourselves, so your engineers and your clients’ operators get the same plan in their own vocabulary, with no translator in between.
Straight lines. No ticket mazes, no account-manager layers: one person owns the outcome from kickoff to go-live, for you and for your clients. Every request gets a reply within one business day, and go-live windows are scheduled and covered in the proposal.
Your data and builds stay yours. Everything shared in an engagement is kept confidential and protected: we never sell your data and never share it beyond what delivering the work requires. It’s in our terms, not just our pitch.
Real code, written from the terminal. We don’t build on AI-wrapped app builders or drag-and-drop generators. All code is stored locally while we work and transferred to a repository of your choice once you’re happy with it: secure, reviewable, and yours.
We’re obsessed with rapid prototyping. A working prototype in days, not quarters: you and your clients react to something real, and the scope sharpens before the big build spends a dollar.
Know the cost before the kickoff.
One call, as deep as the engagement in front of you needs. You’ll have a fixed-scope proposal shortly after, and it states exactly what’s included.
The call scopes the work. The form is for a question, a quick quote, or anything that isn’t ready for a call yet.
