Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AuraLith Labs LLC (“AuraLith Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company providing AI, website, software, hosting, and client delivery services, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit auralithlabs.dev (the “Site”), book a call with us, or engage us for services. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
1. Who this Policy covers
AuraLith Labs offers the Services to businesses located and operating in the United States, and sells digital products to buyers located in the United States. This Policy, and our data practices generally, are directed at U.S. visitors and clients. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from, or direct the Site toward, individuals located outside the United States, and this Policy isn’t intended to address the requirements of any non-U.S. data protection law (e.g. the EU/UK GDPR).
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us, schedule a call, or buy a digital product from our shop, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- The services you select when you contact us
- Information about your product, your clients, and their current setup
- Free-form notes or messages you write to us
- The email address you give at checkout when you buy a digital product, and a record of what you bought
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar technologies only as needed for the Site to function (essential cookies) and, where used, for basic analytics so we can understand which pages are visited.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide a quote or proposal
- Deliver and improve the services you hire us for
- Send you operational messages about your project
- Keep the Site secure and detect abuse
- Comply with our legal obligations
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t use it for advertising. We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing. The same holds for client engagements: the data and builds you entrust to us stay confidential, are used only to deliver your engagement, and are never sold or shared beyond the service providers needed to perform the work.
4. Service providers we use
We use a small set of trusted third-party processors to run the Site and our business. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job for us, and each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. The categories of processors we currently rely on are:
- Hosting and content delivery: serving the Site to your browser.
- Scheduling: letting you schedule a call with us.
- Transactional email: sending and receiving operational email at hello@auralithlabs.dev and support@auralithlabs.dev.
- Internal notifications: alerting us when a new booking or message comes in so we can respond quickly.
- Payment processing: handling invoices and payments for engagements and shop purchases. The Site itself doesn’t collect payment details.
We’ll tell you which specific providers are in each category on request; email hello@auralithlabs.dev. We may swap providers from time to time without updating this Policy, as long as the categories above stay accurate.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality (e.g. remembering whether you have dismissed a modal) and, where enabled, basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies won’t break the Site.
6. Data retention
We keep messages, project records, and shop order records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal obligations (typically up to seven years after the end of an engagement, for tax and accounting reasons). Server logs with technical information are kept for a shorter period (usually 30-90 days) for security and debugging.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Email hello@auralithlabs.dev with your request, or support@auralithlabs.dev if it concerns a product you bought. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have additional rights under those laws.
8. Children
The Site and our services aren’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information in our care, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our backend providers. No internet service is perfectly secure, however, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
