About Reseller Tracking Tool
Reseller Tracking is an app for people who resell what they buy: garage sales, estate sales, auctions, thrift, liquidation. You log the sourcing trip, the box you brought home and what it cost, each thing you sold and what the platform actually paid you, and the hours you put in. It works out whether you made money. There are nine sections, one of them is setup, and every figure in the other eight comes from a number you typed. Fees are worked out on each platform's own base rather than one flat percentage, because Poshmark charges on the item price alone and eBay charges on the item plus the buyer's shipping plus the sales tax. Same headline number, different money. Every rate is yours to edit and carries the date it was last checked.
The trip that bought nothing counts too. It keeps its miles and its hours and lands in overhead instead of disappearing, which is the cost most trackers have nowhere to put. Stay with it and you get your real rate per hour, sell-through, median days to sell, cash tied up in unsold stock by age, and the share of closed lots that returned their cost, which is the figure that tells you where to buy next weekend. At year end there is a categorised summary and a mileage log carrying the date, destination, purpose and miles on every trip, printable and exportable as CSV for your accountant. That summary is bookkeeping. Nothing is filed, nothing is signed, and there is no figure called taxes owed. It runs in your browser, works offline, and stores everything on your own computer. It does not sync, it does not talk to any marketplace, and it holds no photos.

Requirements

- No install and no account. Open it once with an internet connection; after that it works offline.
- Your work is saved in the browser you opened it with, on that device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- Use the same browser each time, and use the app’s own export to move or back up your data.
